STANDARD GROUND THREADS:
.001 max. in any 12". Accumulative error in each additional 12" of thread not to exceed +/- .0005.
PRECISION GROUND THREADS:
.0005 max. in any 12". Accumulative error in each additional 12" of thread not to exceed +/- .00025.
SUPER PRECISION GROUND & LAPPED THREADS:
.0003 max. in any 12". Accumulative error in each additional 12" of thread not to exceed +/- .00015. All super precision lead screws must be hardened and lead error reports will be furnished at no extra charge.

Rempco's Regrind Service offers new lead screw performance at up to half the cost of a new assembly. Regrinding reduces the thread thickness by 10% or 20% of a standard size. (Threads worn more than 20% should be replaced rather than reground)
